Enjoy the freedom of dance-movement and the strengthening and lengthening of the body through guided yoga postures. The combination of yoga and dance benefits the whole body and helps release the stress and calms the soul.
Yoga postures utilize the forms and principles of individual postures while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the pose.
In restorative yoga, props are used for support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. Restorative postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining.

Thai Yoga Massage:
A hands-on session offered as a private or for a group at your home or studio, where you will be in a safe environment to give and receive Thai Yoga. The blending of weight and movement, placement, pressure point application and stretch reduces daily stress and chronic pain, while improving alignment and flexibility. In this unique state of relaxation and rejuvenation one seeks to find an energetic balance of the body and mind where one can receive metta (unconditional loving kindness).
